Purple Kernel Corn
Popcorn has traditionally been made using yellow corn, but ancient grain purple kernel corn offers a premium popcorn that’s tastier, creamier, fluffier and healthier. Ancient grain, non GMO purple corn has been grown in the Andes for centuries. It’s considered a powerful superfood in part due to the abundance of anthocyanins, which is a class of Polyphenols that act as antioxidants in the human body.
